These enjoyable guided relaxations have been created for nurture and support during each stage of your IVF cycle. Simply listen daily to help calm your stress responses, prepare your body and mind and optimise your fertility. You will feel more rested and calm, receptive, trusting and confident. All you need to do is allow some time to lie down, listen and soak up the words and imagery contained here.
We know intuitively that stress impacts negatively on our fertility and health. More and more scientific evidence is emerging to confirm that this simple daily activity – meditation, relaxation, creative visualisation – will improve your reproductive health, your general health and feeling of wellbeing.
Relaxation and visualisation has a cumulative beneficial effect, so our recommendation is for you to listen to the appropriate track at least once every day.
Some research has seen a link between high stress and poor IVF outcomes; and there is plenty of evidence to support the use of meditation to improve health, lift mood and manage stress – so lie down, turn on your MP3 player, listen, relax and optimise your fertility.

This Stimulated Cycle CD has 4 tracks
- Track 1: Stimulating growth and development 18.26 minutes
For maximum benefit, listen to this track every day during the stimulated part of your cycle as your eggs are developing – from day 1 until your egg collection.
- Track 2: Collect, fertilise and transfer 14.41 minutes
Listen daily after egg collection and before embryo transfer – 2-5 days depending on your cycle plan. The day of the transfer is an ideal time to induce relaxation so feel free to listen more often on this day.
- Track 3: While you wait 19.30 minutes
For maximum benefit, listen to this track every day during the waiting time – from embryo transfer and implantation until your pregnancy test.
- Track 4: Instrumental to extend your relaxation 18.01 minutes
This instrumental can be added to any of your other tracks and repeated on your MP3 player to allow you a longer relaxation.
